The structure, recently built, offers 4 bedrooms, 2 apartments and a mansard with kitchenette, all furnished with care and modern style.
The rooms, both double and triple, are all on the first floor, two of which have a large and bright covered terrace, with deckchairs, tables and chairs, ideal for a leisurely breakfast. All rooms, spacious and with functional furnishings, are equipped with private facilities, TV, WiFi, refrigerator, fan, air conditioning, safe, parking. Available to our customers: a coffee pod machine and two bikes. The house is also equipped with a lovely private garden, with umbrellas, tables and chairs for eating short meals or relaxing.
The apartments, large two-room apartments on the raised ground floor, are composed of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, double or triple room and bathroom. They are all equipped with hot-cold conditioner, TV, safe and washing machine. They all have a private entrance and private garden.

The “Consorzio Servizi Albergatori” (Hotel Services Cooperative), owns Ilva Travel Agency, which is a cooperative society, founded in 1979, by the Island of Elba Hoteliers Association. About 180 tourist companies are members of it: hotels, tourist residences, residences, holiday apartments and homes, bed and breakfasts, restaurants. It offers about 12,000 bed places.
